Refund Policy

All payments made to KBS Clinic for services, products, treatment packages, vouchers or deposits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law.

Treatment packages must be used within their stated validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be deducted from the package.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty products or services not provided with reasonable care and skill. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
